How long does it take for my BMX bike to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do the complete bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled in a factory box. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. We recommend a professional tune-up before your first ride.
What is your return policy on parts and apparel?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Frame size depends on your height and riding style. Generally, riders between 5'5" and 5'9" prefer a 20.5" top tube, while taller riders should look for 21" or larger. Check our size guide for detailed recommendations.
Do you offer international shipping for BMX parts?
Yes, Albe's ships worldwide! International rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and your specific destination.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
