At Albe's BMX Bike Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your new gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built wheels and installed parts are not eligible for return due to safety and technical specifications.
Verify Condition
Ensure your BMX parts or apparel are in brand-new, uninstalled condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Contact Support
Email our team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit; Albe's is not responsible for items damaged due to poor packing.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a carrier with tracking capabilities and keep your receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
